We are a small group of people from different countries living in this beautiful Costa Rica, one of our founders, Melissa Marín, native from Puntarenas, Costa Rica; she is working with MPRealty since the beginning, she is now doing the property management and rentals to complete the services for our clients. Laura Rebeschini is living over ten years in Costa Rica, mostly at Sámara beach, she is from Italy and is working with MP-Realty since 2007 as sales agent. She speaks Italian, English, Spanish, German and French;

Veronica Duarte is costarrican, she has worked with us since 2007 and has prior real estate experience working here in Samara. Veronica lived in Miami for two years and speaks fluent english and spanish

The last of our group is Peter Marte, native from Austria and living over twelve years in Costa Rica, first in different places, since 1999 he and his wife Melissa moved to Samara beach. In 2001 he started to work in the Real Estate bussines and on December of 2006 they create MP-Realty Costa Rica, we have been working succesfuly since and our experiece in the area and bussines make our clients feel confident working wiht us.
