We are a small group of people from different countries living in this beautiful Costa Rica, one of our founders, Melissa Marín, native from Puntarenas, Costa Rica; she is working with MPRealty since the beginning, she is now doing the property management and rentals to complete the services for our clients. Stephanie Franz, was born in United States, she have been working with us for more than three years as a sales agent, she and her husband moved to Costa Rica in 2003. You can contact Stephanie in English, Spanish and German.

Laura Rebeschini is living over ten years in Costa Rica, mostly at Sámara beach, she is from Italy and is working with MP-Realty since 2007 as sales agent. She speaks Italian, English, Spanish, German and French;

Carolina Chavarria is the first person you will see when you visit our office, she is Costa Rican, she has lived in Hawwai and Italy were she used to work as a host in diferent hotels and resorts. She is our receptionist, you can talk to her in Spanish, English and Italian.

The last of our group is Peter Marte, native from Austria and living over twelve years in Costa Rica, first in different places, since 1999 he and his wife Melissa moved to Samara beach. In 2001 he started to work in the Real Estate bussines and on December of 2006 they create MP-Realty Costa Rica, we have been working succesfuly since and our experiece in the area and bussines make our clients feel confident working wiht us.
